Lead and structure continuous improvement initiatives for financial products, ensuring operational efficiency and process excellence
Develop workflows and strategies for the primary reasons customers contact support, with a focus on automation and process scalability
Implement and optimize internal process flows, conducting analyses to identify root causes and propose solutions that generate positive business impact
Perform data analysis, extract reports, and build analytical views using tools such as Google Sheets and SQL to support decision-making
Serve as the product focal point for internal stakeholders, ensuring the team is the go-to reference for product- and process-related matters
Participate in foundational projects, organizing and documenting flows to ensure cross-team alignment and process clarity
Conduct detailed process diagnostics and propose actions aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing operational errors
Work closely with other departments, coordinating solutions and strategies that improve the operational and product journey
Promote and apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to achieve high-impact results in internal support and the end-customer experience (indirectly).
Requirements
Solid experience in Continuous Improvement, processes, and operational flows — preferably in financial products or CX (Customer Experience)
Advanced analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate it into concrete actions (basic knowledge of SQL is a plus)
Experience creating, documenting, and improving scalable workflows and processes
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, ensuring efficiency in process structuring
Solid experience with data analysis using tools such as Google Sheets and/or advanced Excel
Knowledge and application of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma are a plus
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, promoting alignment and ensuring engagement in strategic projects
Hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to be accountable for issues and deliverables
Results-oriented mindset, focused on practical, scalable solutions
Desire to work in dynamic environments and contribute to the 'getting the house in order' process with creative and well-founded strategies.
