About the role
- Optimizing the IFF Shop Floor processes & systems
- Collaborating with local sites to deploy Dynamic Material Allocation techniques
- Developing their SAP Production and Warehousing strategies
- Achieving the best possible Production flow in each manufacturing facility
- Supporting the development and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Managing and controlling shop floor master data through regular analysis
- Contributing to support the development and improvement of shop floor processes and best practices
- Developing and analysing shop floor performance indicators
- Managing, setting-up and improving ERP processes
- Training of (new) colleagues in the region
Requirements
- Master’s in IT, Supply Chain management or Technical Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in Shop Floor Process Improvement from Manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years’ experience in MS SQL Querying / Administering / Reporting and training or coaching
- Strong Project management experience
- Experienced in Systems Applications & Products (SAP) is mandatory
- Analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
- Ability to effectively influence and motivate others
- Willingness to travel
