  • Take charge of the requirements creation process; actively discover and analyze customer needs, then develop detailed user stories with clear targets.
  • Translate business needs into clear API requirements.
  • Strengthen acceptance testing and production verification to reduce defects-to-production.

  • Solid experience working between business and IT teams

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear customer-centric insights and actions.
  • Strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
