About the role

  • Join a team of professionals who implement European programmes in the heart of Athens.

  • The company now invites applications for an Educational Content Developer to support the design and development of training programmes for both eLearning and face-to-face delivery. **The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation of training needs into structured learning content, support the design of blended learning approaches, and develop engaging educational materials for students and adult learners.**
  • - Translate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) into clear Learning Outcomes and curriculum outlines, in collaboration with the responsible Project Manager and/or Researcher.
  • - Design lesson plans and experiential activities for in‑person (f2f) seminars and develop asynchronous modules for remote learners.
  • - Craft storyboards, scripts and multimedia elements using *Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva and appropriate video‑editing software.*
  • - Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring compliance with SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility guidelines, and analysing learner experience feedback to improve courses will also form part of your duties.
  • - Stay current with developments in educational technology, adult learning methodologies and EU project requirements, and you will provide input to funding proposals when needed.
  • - Close collaboration with subject‑matter experts will be essential to ensure accuracy and relevance of materials.

Requirements

  • To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • - Applicants should hold a degree in instructional design, education, communications or related discipline.
  • - Professional experience in designing and developing training programmes for adults, in a corporate L&D function, or educational organisation or consulting context, is essential.
  • - Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (*Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, Adobe Captivate*) and graphic design or video‑editing tools (*Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or equivalent*) is mandatory.
  • - Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM and competency mapping frameworks.
  • - Familiarity with learning management systems, SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility requirements is expected.
  • - Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, organisational ability, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines are essential.
  • - Experience in EU‑funded projects (e.g., Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF) will be considered a strong advantage.
