About the role
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SharePoint users, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Provide day-to-day support of the SharePoint Online product offering with special focus on collaboration within and across departments.
- Manage and configuring SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and availability; escalate issues when needed.
- Support integration of SharePoint with Office 365 and third-party applications.
- Recommend and implement new features or integrations to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Handle requests for access, content publishing, and document management.
- Support SharePoint migrations, patching, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
- Implement and enforce SharePoint governance policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding production issues, status updates, and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint related tools and technologies.
- Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining computer applications
- Two plus (2+) SharePoint Online Experience
- Experience supporting end users with SharePoint functionality (document libraries, lists, permissions, workflows)
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and MS Teams integration with SharePoint
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (DevOps) and other Microsoft products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field from an accredited institution
- Preferred: Experience in full cycle SharePoint online platform and implementations
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
