About the role
- Contribute a significant portion of our WIN30 achievement by leading our business development success in the Power Generation segment.
- Expand this segment from three current customers, and a healthy pipeline, to ten active accounts of Tier 1s and OEMs and $100M per year of revenue.
- Leverage your skills in business / market development, sales and leadership to align the company to pursue and successfully deliver on opportunities in this segment.
Requirements
- Experience in business development in the Power Generation sector
- Proven track record of expanding customer accounts and managing relationships
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Understanding of electric motor solutions and related technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software
