About the role
- Support and oversee day-to-day operations in credit card processing ISO
- Ensure efficient merchant onboarding and smooth transaction processing
- Compliance with industry regulations and excellent service to partners and merchants
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to streamline processes and maintain quality control
- Business development and driving operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in merchant services, payments, or financial operations.
- Knowledge of ISO/MSP operations, payment gateways, and settlement processes.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance, risk management, chargeback processes, UW, and Interchange qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and payment processing platforms.
