💰 $27 - $30 per hour
About the role
- Work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support
- Develop strategies to maintain Customer Accounts through education and other solutions
- Install and train staff in clinics on the use of IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems
- Assist with critical customer need visits and provide onsite technical support
- Visit customers in the field every day, with occasional schedule adjustments for events
- Build relationships with customers and work as a team player
- Manage schedule based on customer needs while focusing on professional development
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, management, and peers
- Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
- Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Effective listening skills to discover customer needs
- Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
- Computer networking experience is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
