About the role
- Troubleshooting our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry)
- Assisting veterinarians with the operation of blood analyzers
- Proactively contributing to the team
- Discussing and resolving technical issues with customers
- Building and maintaining customer relationships and trust
- Contributing to optimal customer care
- Handling new analyzers
Requirements
- Customer-focused with experience in customer support
- Strong service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Affinity for technology and biotech devices
- Calm and creative, combining these traits with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking
- Motivated and enjoys working in a large team
- Working and thinking style characterized by creativity, empathy, and great attention to detail
