About the role

  • Account management of 300-400 customers in an assigned geographic territory
  • Inspire customer loyalty and accountable for Telemedicine utilization growth
  • Identify new Telemedicine and Web PAC opportunities for referral to the Veterinary Imaging Consultant
  • Monitor Web PAC study counts to identify subscription tier upgrade opportunities
  • Provide end-to-end subject matter expertise to our customer base
  • Support existing customer base over the phone or video conferencing
  • Responsible for case submissions and account management for Radiology, Cardiology, Web PACS tier upgrades, Dental attachments
  • Deliver on quarterly goals, inspiring account revenue growth
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts to sales leaders
  • Negotiate price, case volumes, and terms and conditions
  • Maintain Salesforce with timely and accurate profiles, notes, and opportunity information
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships that gain loyalty and develop a strong understanding of accounts' core business objectives
  • Develop strategic internal partnerships across multiple lines of business
  • Work in close partnership with Sales and Marketing Leaders to create and implement short and long-term strategies to help meet sales goals and revenue objectives
  • Prepare general reports and other account planning information that summarizes work activities and sales results for your assigned book of business
  • Prepare various analyses as needed to highlight issues and resolve questions
  • Engage and play an active role in working with Sales Leaders and Line of Business to further develop best practices in how we sell, market, onboard and support our customers

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of successful inside sales experience
  • Animal health/veterinary or human healthcare industry preferred
  • Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • Strong communications skills including writing, listening and questioning
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Capability to absorb and articulate technical information
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Computer proficiency (Salesforce, Microsoft Office: Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook)
