About the role
- Partner with the existing Commercial Talent Acquisition Team to support commercial and growth strategy.
- Source, interview, and select the best-qualified candidates to fill positions.
- Partner with management to forecast and understand business needs.
Requirements
- At least five years of recruiting experience within an international environment and matrix organization.
- Experience in recruiting across Europe – ideally in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
- Native or Fluent German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional European languages such as French would be desirable.
