  • Partner with management to forecast and understand business needs.

Requirements

  • At least five years of recruiting experience within an international environment and matrix organization.
  • Experience in recruiting across Europe – ideally in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
  • Native or Fluent German with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional European languages such as French would be desirable.
