About the role
- Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
- Install, onboard, and train clinic staff on IDEXX products
- Identify additional customer needs and present solutions
- Assist with critical customer need visits
- Provide onsite technical support
- Adjust schedule to attend customer and industry events
- Utilize programs to plan customer visits and manage schedule
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or practice management background preferred
- Native Italian Speaker
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
- Strong customer and peer partnerships
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
- Effective listening skills
- Comfortable learning and using technology like computers, tablets, and smartphones
- Computer networking experience preferred
