About the role

  • Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support
  • Develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts
  • Install, onboard, and train clinic staff on IDEXX products
  • Identify additional customer needs and present solutions
  • Assist with critical customer need visits
  • Provide onsite technical support
  • Adjust schedule to attend customer and industry events
  • Utilize programs to plan customer visits and manage schedule

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
  • Training and/or practice management background preferred
  • Native Italian Speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Strong customer and peer partnerships
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Effective listening skills
  • Comfortable learning and using technology like computers, tablets, and smartphones
  • Computer networking experience preferred
