About the role

  • Work with a team to provide Telemedicine customers with an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Utilize technical skills to configure systems and/or integrate with IDEXX products and services
  • Educate customers on the ideal workflow and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support focused environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn Telemedicine products/services and new business tools quickly
  • Experience in a veterinary practice or solid understanding of veterinary practices (including practice workflow, roles, and client communication)
  • College degree (preferred) or a combination of post high school studies
