  • Part of your role will be troubleshooting our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry)
  • You will support veterinarians with advice and hands-on assistance
  • You will answer questions about our blood analysis devices
  • You will assist with operation or resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • You are customer-oriented and have experience in customer support
  • You have a strong service mindset, and your verbal and written communication in German and English are among your strengths
  • Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
  • An affinity for technology and biotech devices
  • You are calm and creative, combining these qualities with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking
  • You are motivated and enjoy working in a large team; you are not a fan of routine and enjoy being challenged with new tasks
  • Your approach to thinking and working is characterized by creativity and empathy, and you are very detailed and precise
