About the role
- Partner with functional leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
- Lead talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Serve as a Talent Coach to leaders, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Champion talent initiatives across the business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law compliance, talent development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (primarily domestic).
