• Serve as first level support for Benchmark GenSuite platform.\n• Update and maintain: IDEX entity structures\n• User security across the enterprise\n• Implementation of new modules\n• User training documentation\n• SOC report user entity controls\n• Identify and implement process improvements as necessary\n• Help promote user adoption\n• Support and promote other EHS/Sustainability tools as they are rolled out across IDEX\n• Serve as first level support for Onestream platform.\n• Update and maintain: The corporate consolidation system used across 100+ GL locations with user base in excess of 400 employees across the globe\n• Metadata, business rules, workflows and security\n• Trial balance mappings between source systems and Onestream\n• Account Reconciliations/Financial Close Manager (FCM) module\n• User training documentation\n• Serve as first level support for Archer.\n• Update and maintain: All needs as related to internal audit\n• All needs as related to corporate finance group\n• All needs as related to the Compliance group\n• Serve as first level support for NUS and UP Enterprise.\n• Update and maintain: IDEX entity structures\n• User security across the enterprise\n• SOC report user entity controls\n• Identify and implement process improvements as necessary\n• Help promote user adoption\n• Enforce compliance with established policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data integrity\n• Support the periodic internal and external assurance processes\n• Contribute to GenSuite, Onestream and other system improvements and development projects as necessary\n• Execute ad hoc duties, as required
