About the role

  • Own end-to-end global hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
  • Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools
  • Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes
  • Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively
  • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach
  • Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions
  • Nice to have: Experience hiring GTM roles (e.g., SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing
  • Nice to have: Strong networking skills
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of additional languages
