About the role
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout France
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for France
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals’ visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full 360 – from origination to closing – within B2B or professional services sector
- Willingness and ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and a native level of French
- Nice to have: SaaS, Financial or Fintech industry background
