About the role
- Leading and mentoring your team through the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborating with Product, UX, Infrastructure, and Engineering leadership to deliver roadmap milestones
- Driving Agile practices and continuous improvement across ceremonies and workflows
- Overseeing defect resolution, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Reporting progress and proactively managing delivery risks
- Shaping technical decisions and contributing to engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years with C#
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS; React is a plus
- Cloud-native development on Azure: app services, containers, microservices, APIs
- DevOps experience with Azure DevOps, Octopus, Docker, Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of Git, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with cyber security principles and OWASP Top 10
- Relational database experience, preferably Azure SQL
- 3+ years in Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
