About the role
- Lead medium to complex software implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
- Develop clear project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
- Identify project risks, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure products, workflows, and integrations aligned to client requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and guide clients through the process.
- Deliver training sessions and prepare clients for transition to BAU/Support teams.
- Track billable hours, monitor revenue, and contribute to project profitability.
Requirements
- Experience in project management within SaaS, software implementation, or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of software configuration, deployment processes, and implementation lifecycles.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data migrations, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Confidence in using project management tools including JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- PMP or CSM certification is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP or other enterprise platforms is beneficial.
