About the role
- Assisting with lead research, including gathering basic prospect information
- Supporting the team with simple outreach tasks across email and digital channels
- Updating CRM records and helping maintain accurate customer data
- Shadowing BDR team members during prospecting and qualification activities
- Helping compile summaries, reports, or insights for sales colleagues
- Participating in workshops, training sessions, and regular team meetings
- Learning how the sales team uses tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms
- Contributing to general administrative or project tasks as needed
