About the role

  • You'll lead discovery sessions, design solutions, and guide customers from first conversation to delivery.
  • Instead of writing recommendations that gather dust, you’ll design solutions that actually get implemented.
  • You’ll work with industrial operators to tackle air quality, odour, dust, noise, vibration, and water challenges, using tech that makes a real difference.
  • Leading discovery sessions that uncover the real issues behind the symptoms.
  • Translating complex environmental requirements into practical, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Running workshops and demos that feel collaborative, not corporate theatre.
  • Guiding customers from first conversation through to delivery, without the hand-off headaches.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or science.
  • A strong grasp of environmental impacts and monitoring approaches.
  • The ability to turn technical complexity into clear, actionable conversations.
  • Commercial awareness, because this is still a sales role, just not the hard-sell kind.
  • You'll be off to a flying start if you’ve worked with SaaS platforms, compliance frameworks, or monitoring tech.
