About the role

  • Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate vendor records
  • Prepare client invoices, statements, and follow‑up communications
  • Monitor receivables, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely collections
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and prepare weekly cash flow reports
  • Support month‑end closing activities, including journal entries and audit requirements
  • Coordinate office facilities, supplier relationships, and general administrative tasks
  • Manage access cards, carpark rosters, mail, hardware orders, and inventory
  • Support compliance‑related requirements, such as police checks and security licenses
  • Assist with catering arrangements, deliveries, and other operational needs to ensure a well‑functioning workplace

Requirements

  • A background in Accounting or Finance
  • A few solid years of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Xero, or FloQast (or you're quick to learn!)
  • Know the basics of AR, collections, and the AP cycle
  • Detail‑lover with a knack for accuracy
  • Comfortable with Excel and Office 365
  • Some experience with global banking platforms
  • Great at juggling tasks and deadlines
  • Bonus: experience in shared services or central finance
