Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for high profile clients.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks to deliver services on schedule and within scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison in collaboration with Client Solutions Lead between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Lead or support site visits for project scoping, commissioning, and solution deployment.
• Support technical solution design, smartcard deployment, and encryption key management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards throughout all phases of delivery.
• Oversee data processing, quality control, and reporting related to client smartcard and identity management systems.
• Develop project documentation, including technical proposals, solution design artifacts, and performance reports.
• Contribute to the refinement and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and methodologies.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Support with other company or group company activities as required.
