About the role

  • Drive new enterprise revenue by activating and monetizing your existing network
  • Close $100K–$500K+ ARR deals within retail REITs and institutional portfolios
  • Own complex sales cycles from first call to contract signature
  • Build and expand relationships with property management, leasing, CIO/CTO, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Navigate multi-threaded buying groups and enterprise procurement processes
  • Maintain a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Partner with leadership to win and expand strategic, high-value accounts

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Deep expertise in retail commercial real estate, specifically REITs and institutional owners
  • Established network of decision-makers (property ops, leasing, IT, executive leadership)
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure+ ARR deals and consistently beating quota
  • Demonstrated ability to generate immediate pipeline from relationships
  • Comfortable operating at the executive level with strong presence and credibility
  • Highly self-directed, competitive, and motivated by winning large deals.
