About the role
- Drive new enterprise revenue by activating and monetizing your existing network
- Close $100K–$500K+ ARR deals within retail REITs and institutional portfolios
- Own complex sales cycles from first call to contract signature
- Build and expand relationships with property management, leasing, CIO/CTO, and C-suite stakeholders
- Navigate multi-threaded buying groups and enterprise procurement processes
- Maintain a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Partner with leadership to win and expand strategic, high-value accounts
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Deep expertise in retail commercial real estate, specifically REITs and institutional owners
- Established network of decision-makers (property ops, leasing, IT, executive leadership)
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ ARR deals and consistently beating quota
- Demonstrated ability to generate immediate pipeline from relationships
- Comfortable operating at the executive level with strong presence and credibility
- Highly self-directed, competitive, and motivated by winning large deals.
