Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes
Develop and implement new designs and optimize existing user interface designs
Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
Create prototypes and wireframes in collaboration with Customer Experience team
Define design specifications and build user interfaces
Collaborate with internal and external designers
Work closely with development team and product owner
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
Conduct usability testing, debug code errors, and troubleshoot software issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in web and user application design
Experience with end-to-end product design
Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, Balsamiq, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android
Fluent in essential front-end web development languages, i.e., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Skilled in modern application programming languages, such as Java and .Net
Excellent debugging, analytical and visual design skills
Understanding of UI/UX best practices
Experience in analysis, usability testing, and web programming skills
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals into digital experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
