About the role
- Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and prototypes
- Develop and implement new designs and optimize existing user interface designs
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Create prototypes and wireframes in collaboration with Customer Experience team
- Define design specifications and build user interfaces
- Collaborate with internal and external designers
- Work closely with development team and product owner
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Conduct usability testing, debug code errors, and troubleshoot software issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web and user application design
- Experience with end-to-end product design
- Working knowledge of Sketch, InVision, Visio, Balsamiq, HTML, CSS, iOS, Android
- Fluent in essential front-end web development languages, i.e., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Skilled in modern application programming languages, such as Java and .Net
- Excellent debugging, analytical and visual design skills
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Experience in analysis, usability testing, and web programming skills
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals into digital experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
