- Develop audit schedules for financial and procedural claims audits
- Conduct quality (double) reviews to ensure adherence to claims best practices
- Analyze quality issues and provide feedback to auditors
- Develop workflows and implement training for employees
- Provide ongoing technical training and staff development programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years of technical Workers’ Compensation background required
- Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation insurance principles and practices
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Time-management and good organizational skills
