About the role
- Collaborate with the internal customer team to provide support for presales meetings and clinical product demonstrations.
- Transition the account in professional and customer-centric manner for product implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders across all departments.
- Provide ongoing customer support for product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
- Provide comprehensive product training for all phases of the sales cycle.
- Utilize ICU Medical approved education materials and manuals.
- Maintain broad clinical knowledge of ICU Medical Vascular Access portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Current professional RN licensure preferred.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Critical care experience preferred.
- Vascular Access experience is highly desirable.
- Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.
