About the role

  • Collaborate with the internal customer team to provide support for presales meetings and clinical product demonstrations.
  • Transition the account in professional and customer-centric manner for product implementation activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders across all departments.
  • Provide ongoing customer support for product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide comprehensive product training for all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Utilize ICU Medical approved education materials and manuals.
  • Maintain broad clinical knowledge of ICU Medical Vascular Access portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Current professional RN licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Critical care experience preferred.
  • Vascular Access experience is highly desirable.
  • Position requires active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform the essential function of your role at customer locations.
