About the role
- Prepare and manage the U.S. tax compliance of its foreign operations, including the calculation and documentation of Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, E&P, foreign tax credits, etc.
- Prepare and review the quarterly and annual tax provision
- Review and manage the international compliance of its foreign subsidiaries.
- Perform international tax modeling and related structure maintenance
- Support the Company’s international integration, expansion, and special tax projects
- Identify and implement systems and process improvement initiatives
- Support international tax audits including drafting responses to information requests
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Research, plan and document related tax issues and positions
- Interface with outside tax advisors
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Taxation from an accredited college or university is required
- Master’s degree in Taxation or JD preferred
- CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience with Big 4 public accounting and/or a US-based multinational company, manufacturing experience preferred.
