• Own partner execution across the Microsoft ecosystem (not just relationships)
• Project kick-offs, delivery scoping, and momentum across partner-led initiatives
• Go-to-market enablement: demos, sales assets, architecture diagrams, delivery playbooks
• Co-sell support and deal registration for partner opportunities
• Translate complex requirements into executable delivery plans
• Identify risks and resolve blockers before they escalate
• Continuous improvement of ICS.AI's partner execution model
