Own the overall client relationship and serve as the primary executive leader responsible for engagement success
Lead executive-level discussions with confidence and authority
Provide senior oversight for large-scale SaaS deployment while delegating execution to delivery leads
Manage engagement financial health and commercial decision-making
Anticipate and manage risks driven by executive misalignment, policy dynamics, and organizational behavior
Ensure sustained adoption and value realization by reinforcing leadership intent across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent graduate degree)
8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, engagement leadership, or large-scale program delivery in the Healthcare sector
Healthcare SaaS experience preferred
PMP, PgMP or equivalent is strongly preferred
Prosci or equivalent required
Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery certifications required
Advanced user of Smartsheet
High proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint / OneDrive
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite of products
