Lead large, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation by assessing current-state operations.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps and design practical, scalable future state processes.
Apply structured improvement methodologies such as FMEA, root cause analysis, and process mapping to develop data-driven recommendations.
Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and ensure improvements are implemented, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
Independently manage multiple complex improvement initiatives with minimal supervision by developing work plans.
Partner with executives, functional leaders, and operational teams to build alignment around process improvement objectives and recommended changes.
Mentor junior project managers and team members by providing guidance on process improvement methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, management consulting and/or internal transformation roles.
Experience with HITRUST CSF or similar frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.).
Strong knowledge of process mapping and documentation (SIPOC, Swimlanes, value stream maps).
Experience with KPI and benefits measurement.
Advanced expertise Excel (analysis, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
Experience with Project management tools.
