About the role

  • Lead large, cross-functional process improvement initiatives from problem definition through implementation by assessing current-state operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps and design practical, scalable future state processes.
  • Apply structured improvement methodologies such as FMEA, root cause analysis, and process mapping to develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and ensure improvements are implemented, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
  • Independently manage multiple complex improvement initiatives with minimal supervision by developing work plans.
  • Partner with executives, functional leaders, and operational teams to build alignment around process improvement objectives and recommended changes.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members by providing guidance on process improvement methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, management consulting and/or internal transformation roles.
  • Experience with HITRUST CSF or similar frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping and documentation (SIPOC, Swimlanes, value stream maps).
  • Experience with KPI and benefits measurement.
  • Advanced expertise Excel (analysis, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
  • Experience with Project management tools.
