About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create 3D graphics, animations, and visualizations for clinical trial materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align video content with broader marketing strategies.
  • Design motion graphics, transitions, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Translate complex medical data into compelling visuals.
  • Work with Pharmacologist team to understand complex content.
  • Create clear and engaging storyboards.
  • Produce effective instructional videos.
  • Implement client edits for product improvement.
  • Develop 3D graphics for various projects.
  • Contribute to FIRECREST’s 3D modeling approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual FX, Computer Graphics, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong Portfolio that demonstrates a range of video reels, short-form content, and design projects.
  • Proven experience in 3D modeling and animation, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical context.
  • Strong Motion Designer and Graphics Skills
  • High Proficiency in 3D software (3ds Max preferrable), Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective video formats, specs, and audience behaviors.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven content creation, including video and visual media using the latest technologies, platforms and models is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop content from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong visual storytelling, typography, and branding sensibilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
