About the role
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives, audience needs, and key messaging.
- Designing and formatting presentations using PowerPoint or other presentation software, incorporating graphics, charts, and multimedia elements to enhance visual appeal and effectiveness.
- Developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency and branding standards across all presentations.
- Providing guidance and support to presenters on best practices for delivering impactful presentations, including storytelling techniques and slide design principles.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering presentations on time and within budget.
- Staying current on presentation design trends and software tools to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in presentation design or software tools preferred.
- Proven experience in presentation design and development, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Strong design skills and a keen eye for visual composition, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and presenters at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating visually compelling presentations that engage and inspire audiences.
