About the role
- Overseeing the development and implementation of data management strategies for clinical trials
- Managing a team of data managers to ensure accurate and timely cleaning and delivery to customers for clinical trial data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design data collection methodologies and develop data management plans and / or specifications
- Providing expertise in data standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Monitoring data quality and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure data integrity
Requirements
- 10 years of imaging data management experience
- 10 years of people-leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Expertise in CDSIC and SDTM
- Proficiency in SAS and CSV required; Python (preferred)
- Strong understanding of GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for clinical data management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
