Human Resources

• Supporting approximately 650 employees, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient and customer-focused HR service.
• You will manage a broad range of HR administration activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, right to work checks, contracts, employee records, payroll changes and compliance processes.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring HR systems and documentation are accurate and maintained to a high standard.
• Alongside your administrative responsibilities, you will provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees, supporting routine employee relations matters such as absence management, probation reviews and policy guidance.
• You will have the opportunity to develop your experience in more complex employee relations cases, organisational change activity and HR projects, working closely with the Head of HR.

Administration

• Support ICMP and SAE brands as a Short Courses Administrator
• Manage enquiries and enrolments for short course students
• Coordinate events and maintain a clean database
• Ensure smooth communication and efficient processes
• Be the welcoming voice on the phone and the helpful presence in the office
