About the role

  • Advise leaders on organizational design, talent development, performance, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Support managers on absenteeism, sickness management, employee relations, retention, and culture
  • Oversee daily HR operations and payroll across multiple European legal entities
  • Ensure timely, accurate payroll and manage relationships with external payroll providers

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR Operations, payroll, and HRIS (SAP / SuccessFactors preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and compliance
  • Proven experience in international, multicultural environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
