About the role
- Advise leaders on organizational design, talent development, performance, engagement, and workforce planning
- Support managers on absenteeism, sickness management, employee relations, retention, and culture
- Oversee daily HR operations and payroll across multiple European legal entities
- Ensure timely, accurate payroll and manage relationships with external payroll providers
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience
- Experience in HR Operations, payroll, and HRIS (SAP / SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and compliance
- Proven experience in international, multicultural environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch
