About the role
- Provide technical and commercial advice and training to trade representatives in the areas of fruit, vegetable, viticulture and agriculture
- Perform soil sampling and prepare customized fertilization plans for our customers
- Develop production plans and provide ongoing crop support for our customers
- Introduce and establish new products on the market with existing and new customers within the North Rhine-Westphalia sales territory
- Prepare market analyses and evaluate market situations
Requirements
- Certified master (Meister) or technician specialized in fruit and vegetable production or ornamental horticulture, or a graduate of a university of applied sciences with a focus on fruit, vegetable or ornamental plant production, or completed vocational training with an additional qualification as a master gardener (Gärtnermeister) or master vegetable grower
- Relevant professional experience in the fields described above
- Outgoing demeanor and strong team skills
- Flexibility combined with commitment and resilience
- Confident use of various communication channels and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English skills are desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week
