About the role
- Maximize sales by leading sales teams efforts to targeted customers
- Promote & position products to create demand
- Conduct annual sales planning and actions
- Contribute to marketing planning and implementation
- Identify new product opportunities
- Manage payment terms and actions for timely payments
- Promote products and sell solutions to end-users and growers
- Manage customer relations through CRM tool
- Prepare new product/service concepts with Marketing and Agronomy
Requirements
- University or BSc preferably in Horticulture / Agriculture or equivalent
- Agronomy degree
- Fluent in verbal and writing in English
- MS-Office (Word, Excel. Powerpoint) experience at user level
- Soil and plant nutrition
- Large affinity with the horticultural industry
- Thorough experience in sales in horticultural or agricultural business is preferred
- Fertilizer and nursery knowledge is preferred
