About the role

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent management.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure and drive growth through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing (with support from Talent Acquisition department) to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees and foster long-term success.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and facilitating development conversations to enhance team performance.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) as an HR Manager.
  • Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proven experience in labor relations in Israel, including negotiations with the unions and handling collective agreements - mandatory.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in an industrial or site environment - strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Language Requirements: fluent in English.
