About the role
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers
- Schedule interviews and introduction meetings between candidates and hiring managers
- Review candidate resumes and assess them against job requirements
- Conduct short phone screenings using predefined criteria
- Ensure a positive candidate journey by communicating feedback
- Keep candidate records and recruitment data accurate
Requirements
- Interested in recruitment, or HR
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- Able to commute to the office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, and/or Dutch
