About the role

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and talent management.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure and lead initiatives to drive growth through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the seamless integration of top-tier talent into the organization.
  • Develop and implement innovative onboarding programs to integrate new employees and foster long-term success.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to leadership and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and facilitating development conversations to enhance team performance.
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine HR processes, systems and practices to enhance operational effectiveness, support business growth and improve overall HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
