About the role
- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards
- Oversee program operations including staffing, task management, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and performance tracking tools; ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables
- Manage program budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting in alignment with contract guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project managers, technical leads, and contract staff
- Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Prior experience leading at least 3 Salesforce Programs
- 10+ years managing large federal digital programs
- Certified in Agile certification
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
