About the role
- Provide methodological and research expertise and oversight of workforce projects
- Provide training and capacity building in research methods and approaches to clients and staff
- Lead capture and develop winning proposals
- Provide writing and presentation support across an array of deliverables, analyses, program trends/outcomes reports, and stakeholder publications/products
Requirements
- PhD in measurement and evaluation, political science, educational psychology, or related social services field
- Minimum 20 years of experience working with Federal and/or state workforce agencies, regional and local workforce entities, employers, community colleges, and/or nonprofits
- Expertise in leading and supporting systematic evidence reviews for federal and private sector clients across a range of human services topics
