Requirements

  • For M.S degree a minimum of 6 years relevant child support services experience
  • For B.S. degree a minimum of 8 years' relevant child support services experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects and programs including risk and quality management
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Eligible for HHS background verification process at Public Trust clearance level
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Background in child support services and knowledge of OCSE regulations and program implementation preferred
  • Masters Degree in a social services-related field preferred
