About the role
- Provide leadership and management skills for child support enforcement program
- Support project execution for national project in federal consulting environment
- Oversee project staffing and quality assurance activities
- Submit monthly status reports on progress and risks
- Collaborate with team leads to develop work plans
Requirements
- For M.S degree a minimum of 6 years relevant child support services experience
- For B.S. degree a minimum of 8 years' relevant child support services experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing projects and programs including risk and quality management
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Eligible for HHS background verification process at Public Trust clearance level
- PMP Certification preferred
- Background in child support services and knowledge of OCSE regulations and program implementation preferred
- Masters Degree in a social services-related field preferred
