Program Manager

• Lead the successful delivery of assigned ICEYE Mission Line of Business programs, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals
• Deliver program milestones on time, within scope, and at required quality levels, meeting contractual requirements and internal standards
• Build and maintain high-trust customer and partner relationships; act as ICEYE’s principal program representative for assigned programs

Senior Program Manager/Program Director

Full-stack Engineer

• Own core spacecraft services—downlink, imaging, propulsion, and attitude control to ensure robustness, performance, and fleet readiness
• Write production C/C++ (and Python) code for Linux/OBC spacecraft services
• Integrate with avionics and subsystems and integrate subsystem software into mission services
• Build automated tests and CI to guarantee correctness, reliability, and maintainability
• Translate system-level requirements into clean, well-structured software
• Lead and participate in peer reviews to drive efficient, maintainable code
• Work hands-on daily in a cross-functional manner with systems, payload, and ground teams

Senior Flight Software Engineer

• Develop C/C++ and Python software for spacecraft services and the application layer, including network protocol stacks and messaging systems (MQTT, NATS).
• Contribute to automated testing, CI workflows, and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to turn requirements into reliable software components.
• Support integration, troubleshooting, and debugging of mission services.

Flight Software Engineer, Payload

Communications

• Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing holistic high-touch marketing campaigns for the satellite missions business line, in close alignment with sales and our commercial objectives
• Managing and supervising PR activities and PR agency work
• Be a key contributor of an integrated-campaign team driving missions campaigns to successful conclusion, including creating inspirational ideas to achieve this. Understand the competitive alternatives available to customers and the criteria by which decisions are made.
• Monitor and supervise the measurement of marketing campaigns and their success together with the central marketing & communications function
• Responsible for event management and execution for select flagship events and related customer engagement visits/travel
• Project manage the marketing campaigns and work with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events Manager, Visual Designers, and any other contributors to ensure alignment inside the marketing function - again, secure alignment with related sales initiatives so that we drive engagement in tandem

Marketing and Communications Manager

Engineer

• Conceiving and leading globally unique signal processing technologies that leverage the ICEYE fleet of RADARs and SIGNALS collection satellites
• Responsible for own engineering projects and coordinating and leading a small team of engineers to solve complex problems
• Report to ICEYE’s director of SAR Engineering and work across teams including Orbit and Attitude Control, FPGA and electronics, Radio and flight software

Procurement

• Convert purchasing requests into purchase orders, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders from order to delivery.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment coordination and documentation.
• Assist in RFx (RFQ/RFP) processes for suppliers and logistics providers.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and data in the ERP system.
• Participate in supplier follow-ups, reporting, and team meetings.

Staff Software Engineer – Orbit Determination & Control, AOCS

Supply Chain

• Execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy, integrating procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
• Establish and operationalize local procurement frameworks to support compliance with country-specific local content mandates, government regulations, and industry standards.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing supply chain team, setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and ensuring delivery of operational and strategic objectives.
• Build and manage local supplier networks, negotiate contracts, and develop sourcing plans that balance compliance, cost-efficiency, and technical quality.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and government affairs teams to ensure all local procurement activities meet regulatory and contractual obligations.

Engineering Manager

• We are seeking a highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead our team responsible for planning the activities of our satellite fleet. This encompasses initial feasibility checks for activities and subsequent planning, which includes image acquisitions, satellite communication, and downlinking payload data. We integrate with ground station providers to book and manage passes. This team works on a significant algorithmic and optimization challenge that must be engineered to operate within the constraints of both business and physics.
