About the role
- Ensure European government clients successfully use ICEYE’s satellite data to manage natural disasters
- Act as the essential link between ICEYE’s radar technology and European government officials
- Ensure public sector clients actively integrate satellite data into emergency response plans
- Lead the onboarding process for clients and facilitate effective implementation of products
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support client contract renewals and identify opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
- Keep up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to customer success processes
Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Success, Sales, Project Management or other customer-facing role
- Background working with in the public-sector or with public-sector customers (insurance, banking or utilities is an additional plus)
- Excellent English-language communication and interpersonal skills (working proficiency in Spanish, Greek, or Portuguese is a strong plus)
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Familiarity with geospatial technologies, remote sensing or natural catastrophe solutions
- Passionate about the potential to drive innovation and transformation using unique new sources of data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growth company and eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
