About the role

  • Own end-to-end test quality and environment readiness across the delivery lifecycle
  • Provide clear quality signals and risk visibility for every release
  • Lead and elevate the QA function through strong engineering practices
  • Collaborate with operations and release stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager (must currently be in a Test/QA Manager role)
  • Hands-on technical background in test automation, software development, or engineering-focused QA
  • Solid understanding of test environments and release cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and delivery coordination skills
  • Experience operating in CI/CD-driven delivery environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of structured quality and process improvement practices (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience)
