About the role
- Own end-to-end test quality and environment readiness across the delivery lifecycle
- Provide clear quality signals and risk visibility for every release
- Lead and elevate the QA function through strong engineering practices
- Collaborate with operations and release stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager (must currently be in a Test/QA Manager role)
- Hands-on technical background in test automation, software development, or engineering-focused QA
- Solid understanding of test environments and release cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and delivery coordination skills
- Experience operating in CI/CD-driven delivery environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured quality and process improvement practices (e.g. ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience)
