About the role

  • Lead Federal and A&D SaaS implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across complex, security-sensitive environments.
  • Direct and mentor a high-performing professional services team on the ground responsible for Icertis product implementations within aerospace and defense clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier Federal agencies and A&D customers, guiding strategic technology adoption and contract transformation initiatives.
  • Manage all project management responsibilities including financial oversight, resourcing, client engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Engage directly with key customer stakeholders, including government agencies and defense contractors, acting as executive sponsor or steering committee participants.
  • Participate in pre-sales efforts, contributing domain expertise, scoping guidance, implementation estimation, and statement of work development tailored to A&D complexity.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, customer issues, and strategic decisions on Federal engagements.
  • Foster internal consulting and delivery capabilities purpose-built for the compliance, security, and integration requirements of the defense sector.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with execution mindset across product, sales, support, and training teams to maximize customer value and feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Drive and enforce A&D-specific best practices in project management, client engagement, and enterprise software adoption.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or program delivery with a strong emphasis on Federal and/or Aerospace and Defense industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise SaaS implementations in Federal environments—ideally involving CLM, ERP, or supply chain platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges in defense procurement, program management, and federal compliance frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks such as ITAR, DFARS, and NIST.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor professional services teams in high-complexity environments with mission-critical delivery objectives.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, change management, and issue resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship required (for defense contracting eligibility).
