Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments, etc.)
Supervise staff and trainees (weekly supervision for those seeking BCBA certification)
Perform other typical BCBA activities and contribute to clinical program development
Requirements
Masters degree
Active BCBA certification, required
Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
Willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
