About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessments, functional assessments, staff performance assessments, etc.)
- Supervise staff and trainees (weekly supervision for those seeking BCBA certification)
- Perform other typical BCBA activities and contribute to clinical program development
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
